However, that’s not all! Reinders.com 2.0 also has an updated and more robust Online Bill Pay functionality and a comprehensive Roles and Permissions feature, which will help you manage your account.

You can use your Reinders.com Online
Business Account to access and pay for invoices online, and it’s more powerful to make managing your accounts easier than ever.
- View your open invoices and account balance
- 24/7 online access to your invoices — anytime, anywhere
- Make online payments securely (Secure Bill Pay – PCI Level 1 Compliant and SSAE 16 Certified)
- Pay via ACH, Credit Card, or Debit Card
- Pay on account via ‘Deposit’ tab
- Make your payments directly on Reinders.com – no new apps needed
Please note that the following features will not be immediately available on the updated website but we are actively working on releasing these features: receive bills electronically, schedule future payments, and review payment history.
Roles and Permissions
Reinders.com 2.0 will put the power in your hands to manage your employee’s roles and permissions and what they will be able to access and do on the website.
Our updated Roles and Permissions functionality allows teams to manage users. The Company Administrator is the highest level, and will be responsible for managing all users.
From there, you can design your workflow however you wish. Here is a breakdown of the roles and their permission levels:
- Company Administrator (One assignee per online business account)
- Manage users, roles, and permissions
- Make purchases
- View orders, pricing, payment, and shipping information
- Edit account information and pay bills online
- Master

How you can get started on Reinders.com 2.0
With the redesigned website launching, we want to make sure that the transition from the previous site to Reinders.com 2.0 is as seamless as possible.
For existing customers, there are only a few steps you need to take in order to activate your account on the new website:
Step 1: Update the password for your existing account. When you first visit the website, you will need to follow the “Forgot Password” prompts to update your password.
Follow the prompts outlined in the video below:
Step 2: Once your password is updated, please log into your account.
Step 3: Review your account information to make sure it’s accurate. For security reasons, you will need to add your preferred payment information for placing orders. If you intend to pay your bills online, you will also need to set your preferred payment methods within the Online Bill Pay tool.
